A PRIVATE BECOMING EXPERIENCE

March 20-21

Arlington, VA

Leadership—whether in government, in the home, or in the many unseen places where responsibility rests—often leaves our souls carrying more than we realize. Even strong, faithful women accumulate strain, unanswered questions, and the quiet weight of caring for many. Over time, our inner life can begin to feel cluttered, crowded, or simply unsorted.

What to Expect

This private 1.5‑day retreat offers space to breathe, to rest, and to gently sort what has been unsorted. Kerry Hasenbalg will introduce The Way of Becoming: 12 Biblical Practices for a Thriving Soul, guiding you through a practical soul‑ordering process using short teachings, reflective exercises, tangible materials, and Spirit-led discernment.

With the Holy Spirit as your inner guide, you will begin to recognize what in your life needs to be removed or kept, asked or entrusted, declared or denounced, spent or shared, discarded or treasured. Though this work is personal, you will be surrounded by women who understand the pressures of leadership and the sacredness of privacy—women who have carried much and are ready for renewal.

What Others Are Saying About BECOMING

Dr. Erica McElroy

“I have been a believer since I was a little girl, and these tools and the teachings by Kerry have transformed my life.  This is the "how to" instruction book in how to live out scripture in all areas of my life as a wife, parent, and physician.  Often, I am confronted with how to hear from God, what are the next steps and how I take them, and now I know how to do it.”

Brittany Dunn, COO Safe House Project

“One of the biggest gifts is the gift of Kerry and her ability to speak life into leaders.  She has an anointing to understand deep biblical and theological truths and communicate them in such a way that unites people together to build a common mission and vision.”

Susan Hebbel, Retreat Participant

“I think the Holy Spirit has been hard at work, and I thank you SO MUCH for facilitating this whole retreat, for coming up with these incredible tools, and for showing me what God has been trying to show me for so long.”
